Wild Turkey Breast Recipe

Ingredients:
1 wild turkey breast half
1 small sized oven cooking bag
8 oz. white wine
8 oz. zesty Italian salad dressing
lemon pepper
Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup butter
Directions:
Start by mixing the white wine and the zesty Italian dressing and pouring it into the gallon sized zip lock bags. Then add the wild turkey breast and seal the bag. Flip the bag over a couple times to make sure the breast is completely coated in the marinade. Set in the refrigerator overnight. Turn once to ensure the breast marinates evenly.
Next take the wild turkey breast out of the zip lock bag. Then season with the lemon pepper and Tony Chachere seasoning. Now melt up the butter and add in the olive oil. Put the turkey breast with the butter/olive oil mixture in the oven cooking bag.
Preheat oven at 350, set oven cooking bag in baking pan place in the oven and bake for 1 ½ hrs.
