Ingredients:
Fresh rainbow trout – clean- leave heads and tails on
Butter – cut up in pats
Lemons – sliced
Directions:
Start by placing multiple pats butter and multiple slices of lemon inside the trout cavity. Spray aluminum foil down with non-stick spray. Wrap up the trout with foil. Grill 8-10 mins on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Time varies depending on size of the trout.
