Pan Fried Walleye Recipe

Pan Fried Walleye Recipe w/ Potato Flake

4 average size Walleye fillets cut in chunks
2 cups instant potato flakes
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/3 cup lard
1/3 cup butter (real butter)
salt / pepper (to taste)

Directions

Mix milk, eggs and parsley flakes in bowl.  Season to taste.  Pour instant potato flakes into different bowl. Dip fillets into milk/egg mixture. Dip fillets into potato flakes. Fry in hot pan of melted lard and butter until brown.

This is my personal favorite fried walleye recipe!
