Goose Meat Recipe

Wonderful goose meat recipe in cream sauce!
Ingredients:
2 goose breast halves – cut into 1” cubes
12 oz slice mushrooms
3/4 cup flour
4 tbsp butter – divided
2 garlic cloves – minced
1 small onion – chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups beef stock
1/8 cup white wine
Directions:
First lightly coat the goose meat in the flour. Next melt half of the butter (2 tbsp) in frying pan and brown the goose meat. Then add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until the onions and mushrooms are done.
Now place the goose meat and vegetable mix in a bowl or on a plate and set aside. Next reduce the heat and add the rest of the butter (2 tbsp) and 1/2 cup of the beef stock. Mix together with pan remnants. Add a couple tablespoons of flour to mixture to thicken it up, mix in well. Now add the remaining beef stock, wine, and sour cream. Lastly add the goose meat and vegetable mixture to the sauce and heat through mixing together well.
This goose meat recipe is excellent served over noodles, enjoy!
