Goose Jerky Recipe

This is a great sweet and spicy Hawaiian style goose jerky recipe.
Ingredients:
2 lbs goose meat – ground
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger – ground
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne
¼ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup soy sauce
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together with ground goose meat. Place the meat between a couple pieces of parchment paper and roll out until it’s all about 1/4 inch thick. Next take a knife and cut into short strips. Place on a drying screen and into your dehydrator. Follow dehydrator instructions for ground jerky.
