Easy Halibut Recipes

This is one of the more easy halibut recipes you will find, and quite tasty!
Ingredients:
4 halibut fillets – 6 to 8 oz each
3 garlic cloves – minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried basil leaf
3 tsp butter
1 tsp fresh parsley – chopped
salt and black pepper – to taste
Directions:
First season halibut fillets with salt and pepper. Then place skin side down on greased baking pan or greased rack of broiler pan. Next combine garlic, butter, and herbs in a saucepan. Turn on low heat. Melt butter and soften up the garlic, takes about 2 minutes. Drizzle butter mixture over each halibut fillet.
Turn oven on broil, and broil halibut for about 10 minutes, or until it flakes with a fork. Serving size is 4.
