Crock Pot Duck Recipes – BBQ sauce

Ingredients:
6-8 duck breasts
1 – bottle BBQ sauce
2 cloves garlic – minced
1 green pepper – sliced
1 medium onion – chopped
1/2 can of pinneapple chunks
white rice
Instructions:
In a large sized bowl combine the pepper, pinneapple, garlic, onion, and BBQ sauce. Mix all together well.
Next cut up the duck breasts in the bit size chunks and cover with the BBQ sauce mixture. Mix together well to makes sure all meat is coated.
Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
Serve over white rice. Your friends and family will sure enjoy this amazing crock pot duck recipe!
