Baked Catfish Recipe with Cheese

Ingredients
2 pounds of catfish fillets
1 can of tomato soup
2 green onions
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese grated

To prepare the baked catfish recipe:
Place fillets in greased oven safe pan. Mix soup, onions, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over fish and cover with grated cheese. Preheat oven to 350 for 25 minutes.

Baked Catfish Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds catfish fillets
½ cup cornmeal
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon chili power
½ cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
½ cup ranch dressing
Mix cornmeal, bread crumbs, chili powder, garlic salt, paprika, and pepper. Dip the fish in the dressing and allow excess to drip off of fish. Coat the fish with the breading mixture. Preheat oven to 450. Place fish on a greased baking sheet and bake fish for 15 to 20 minutes.
