Best Fried Rabbit Recipe

Love rabbit, this is one of the best rabbit recipes I have tried.
Ingredients:
Rabbit 2 lbs
Cut up into pieces
Flour
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Directions:
Clean rabbit and cut up into pieces you would like to server. Coat generously in flour, salt and pepper. At same time put around a 1/4 of oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add pieces to oil, turn them often to get the pieces fried evenly. You can add the bigger pieces first for around 10 mins before adding the smaller pieces.
Fry for at least 30 mins until golden brown and done to your liking. Serves 4 people.
This is one of the best rabbit recipes I have found. It’s like chicken but better!! Enjoy.
