This is a great baked trout recipe your family will enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb trout fillets
1/4 cup parmesan cheese – grated
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp onion – chopped fine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
paprika
Directions:
Set fillets in a greased baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, parmesan cheese, onion, sour cream, and salt. Next spread the mixture all over the fillets. Top off with some paprika.
Bake in over at 350 for 20-25 mins (uncovered) until fish flakes with fork. Serve and enjoy.
