Baked Halibut Recipes

Ingredients:
6 halibut steaks – 1” in thickness
2 garlic cloves – minced
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 tsp dried thyme
salt and black pepper – to taste
Directions:
Start by greasing a baking pan with some of the olive oil. Next salt and pepper the halibut steaks. Then mix together the garlic, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil, and thyme. Use this as a breading and coat the halibut steaks with it by patting it on them.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake fish 14 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is flakes with a fork. Serve and enjoy.
