Best Walleye Recipes

This is definitely one of the best walleye recipes I have tried.

Ingredients:

4-6  walleye fillets

Butter

Tony Chachere seasoned salt

Fresh cracked black pepper

Medium to large onion –  sliced into rings

Bacon – cut up

Directions:

Set walleye fillets on a heavy sheet of tinfoil (make sure to seal up tight so butter and bacon grease doesn’t leak out). Add a flat of butter to each walleye fillet. Then season with cracked black pepper and Tony Chachere seasoning salt. Then place sliced onion rings, and bacon on each fillet. Bake in oven at 350 until bacon is done around 20-25 mins.
